You say that, but honestly I find myself the least prepared here.

There's too much of the unknown here and even moreso because of the strange magic underlying the whole place. And it's hard to gauge what people can do here.

Just because this prison rewrites the makings of the world, it doesn't discount how adept you are at handling a problem when possibilities to solve them arise. And as frustrating as it can be, sometimes the best move may be to wait and let our opponent show themselves off. From what little I know of the Warden's communications, she's not in a position to act with focus or long term calculation.

As for gauging the others, well, that is also my role isn't it? I suppose I will have to attempt to ingratiate myself to more people, token rewards or not.

I would not be surprised if something happens soon. She certainly sounded like she was plotting something when she announced the end of that game...

Which means, given the scheduling, we have four or five days at most before another trial. It also seems as if she is diverting her attention to torturing those of us already here, have you noticed? Despite creating a new team to fill her prison, there are so many vacancies in the registry you showed me.

There also seems to be a lack of new people arriving. Though I suppose the destruction of the welcoming area may have something to do with it.

I doubt it was that effective. The graveyard held no significant power on its own from what I can tell, but maybe it's too much for the Warden to keep pulling from other worlds. It sounds like the ones who have been coming in after me are from Solitary.

Mmm, I'm not sure about the whole situation, and I can never really guess why the Warden does what they do, so.

I suppose it's a good thing the people at Solitary are coming back out?

I suppose. There haven't been any stories of those sent to Solitary where everyone prefers leaving them behind, which makes this an odd prison indeed. Or maybe circumstances and a true enemy makes it easier to put aside other differences.

I think the reasonings why people get sent there are fairly arbitrary as well. No rhyme or reason to the whys.

Those registries provide some guidance, but some of them are as mocking as serious.

I have to admit that I haven't fully scoured the registries myself.

If almost felt like it was cheating, learning of people's secrets that way.

But I do use it sparingly. Mostly for those on my team and Kraken's when we sought an alliance. Sometimes it gives insight to what abilities they have.

There's something to be said about gathering information the old fashioned way.

But here, our fellow inmates aren't the enemy. And while it does grease the wheel of social interaction, they can't really assist in getting ourselves out here, if they can't do it themselves.

Not the true enemy, but she will pit us against each other easy enough. It's an old, effective trick.

Besides, it may not all come down to escape. After all, you've met Vil and his tailoring skills. It's always good to know who can heal, who can cook, and who can fix a torn sleeve if I'm otherwise preoccupied.

I highly doubt we're acquainted to the point where they'd offer to feed me.

If being fed was your aim, I'm sure you'd put more effort into fostering a closer relationship. It's not that hard. It only took me three conversation with the cook back in the Little Palace.

No, I was at a disadvantage. But used it to try and ply some leftover sentimental motherhood from an otherwise immovable figure. All you need is to be charming and lean on your teams' alliance.

Honestly, if I'm going to be requiring some sort of use of the alliance, feeding myself is probably pretty low on the list.
